A bachelor party in the north — how not to ruin the evening
The mistakes that come up again and again at bachelor parties, and how to avoid them without killing the mood.

Bachelor parties are the event we produce most often in the north, which is also why we have seen the most go wrong at them. It is almost always the same five or six mistakes, and all of them are fixable with one phone call.
Book an hour, not an evening
The most common mistake is agreeing on "around ten". A group that has already been in one place for three hours reacts completely differently from a fresh one. Give us an exact hour and plan the evening around it, not the other way round.
The groom does not have to be centre stage
Some grooms love it and some are mortified. The dancer reads the room in a minute, but if you already know he is shy, say so. The show will be built around the rest of the group instead.
A large group needs two dancers
Above twenty people a single show loses the back row. It is not a question of quality, it is the geometry of a room. Two dancers working together hold a large space.
One point of contact
When three people call us about the same event, each gives different details and one of them always forgets to tell the others. Pick who is organising and give us their number.
Weekends in season close early
Between April and October, Thursday and Friday nights in the north close a week ahead. Midweek there is almost always room, including the same day.
The address and the parking
In Haifa, on the Carmel and in Safed the streets wind and navigating blind adds ten minutes. On kibbutzim the address is not always in the navigation app — the unit name and a phone that is answered fix it.
The bottom line
An exact hour, one point of contact and honest information about the groom improve a bachelor party more than any upgrade. And once you are outside Haifa and the Krayot, book a week ahead in season.
