Tiberias and the lake are the area where most of our bookings come from people who do not live there. That changes almost everything — from how an address is given to which hour is worth picking.
A client who does not know the town
A group down for the weekend cannot explain where they are, does not know about parking and does not always know the unit name. The fix is to send us the link from the booking site or a WhatsApp location.
The promenade hotels
The dancer walks in as an ordinary guest — ordinary clothes, nothing visible, straight up to the room number given. Nothing needs arranging with reception.
Cabins in Poriya and Tiberias Illit
Poriya is hospitality all the way through, dozens of units with lake views. A unit with a private pool makes an outdoor summer show possible.
Peak season
April to October, and especially over the holidays, the whole ring around the lake fills up. The hours between nine and eleven close several days ahead. An earlier hour is almost always free and usually cheaper.
The heat
In Tiberias and the Jordan valley the summer heat is extreme, evenings included. Working air conditioning in the show room is a condition, not a luxury.

Send a location rather than an address, take an early hour in season and check the air conditioning in summer.
